Prabhat’s practice focuses on Economic Offences, Corporate Litigation, International Commercial Arbitration, Civil and Criminal Law. He has deep knowledge of Economic Offences and Corporate Laws including PMLA, PBPT, NDPS, FEMA IBC, Companies Act, etc. Prabhat provides end-to-end solutions for compliance with laws and resolution in case any offences are committed. He has represented his client in various PMLA Benami, FEMA & IBC matters.

Also, Prabhat has worked with some of the very best advocates, including senior advocates and government counsels. He has also worked with the Additional Advocate General for Rajasthan in the Supreme Court wherein He appeared for the State of Rajasthan. He has briefed Ld. Attorney General, Ld. Solicitor General, Ld. Additional Solicitor General and other Senior Advocates.

While working with the aforesaid Senior Advocates Prabhat has prepared drafts and appeared before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT Delhi, ATFP, NCLAT, NCDRC, DRAT, NGT, CAT, Mines Tribunal, and District and Sessions Court.

Mr. Nitesh Bhandari is a Senior Associate at Vashatkaro Legal LLP, where he works closely with Founding Partner and Advocate on Record Mr. Naveen Kumar. His expertise lies in advising clients on various legal provisions & propositions, including complex mining laws & regulation, laws relating to money laundering, white-collar crimes, corporate matters, contract, civil and criminal matters. Nitesh holds a BA LLB (Hons) degree in Constitutional Law from the Institute of Law, Nirma University. He is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. With extensive experience in practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Trial Courts, Revisional Authority i.e., Ministry of Mines, Govt., of India, Tribunals such PMLA Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal etc., authorities of State Govt., of Orissa & other states, Nitesh has developed a strong proficiency in drafting SLPs, writ petitions, appeals, applications, and replies etc. He has successfully represented and assisted in representing high-value clients across India, leveraging his people-centric approach and compassionate nature to build strong relationships with clients. Ms. Stuti Bisht is an associate at Vashatkaro Legal, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She holds a BA. L.L.B degree from Symbiosis Law School in Hyderabad. Ms. Bisht possesses a comprehensive set of skills across various legal domains including Mining Laws, Environmental Law, Arbitration, Competition Cases, Insolvency, General Corporate Matters, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, Land Acquisition Matters, Transactional Advisory, and both Civil and Criminal Laws. She is proficient in drafting an array of legal documents such as petitions, replies, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Review Petitions, Curative Petitions, statutory appeals under different statutes, and legal opinions for submission before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and numerous other courts and tribunals in India.

Mr. Maitreya is an advocate enrolled with the Bar council of Delhi and is currently working as an associate at Vashatkaro Legal LLP. He is a 2022 batch graduate from National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi and has a keen interest in criminal and commercial laws. At Vashatkaro Legal he primary deals with matters including but not limited to service and mining related laws. He also frequently appears before various judicial forums in and outside Delhi. Prior to Vashatkaro Legal he was working at ELS law firm where he primarily dealt with matters related to criminal, commercial and consumer laws. In his free time Maitreya likes to travel, watch sports and read about geopolitics.
