He has deep knowledge of Economic Offences and Corporate Laws including PMLA, PBPT, NDPS, FEMA IBC, Companies Act, etc. Prabhat provides end-to-end solutions for compliance with laws and resolution in case any offences are committed. He has represented his client in various PMLA Benami, FEMA & IBC matters.

Also, Prabhat has worked with some of the very best advocates, including senior advocates and government counsels. He has also worked with the Additional Advocate General for Rajasthan in the Supreme Court wherein He appeared for the State of Rajasthan. He has briefed Ld. Attorney General, Ld.
